If you know how to use Image editing Software (like Photoshop, or

Making your image .6" tall and .4" wide at 150 DPI which seems to produce reasonable
results.
With image editing software, cut the white parts out of images (Magic Wand tool
with the correct tolerance), layered over a photo of your nail in order to
adjust the colors (This lets you work with your nails actual white color when
you make adjustments). Finally, save it as a .png file.
When printing, apply the white and base coats to the area to be printed, print,
apply top coat, then take a fine paint brush dipped in polish remover to remove
the white outside of your image, then apply a final top coat. Digital
